Tee & Cakes is proud to be a part of this wonderful event for our second year. Last year we had a great time with a "twist" on our Strawberry Milkshake Cupcake....
May 4 - 10, 2009, the Denver Cupcake Club presents...."Cupcakes for the Cure"...a Mother's Day week event to benefit The Denver Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Monday May 4 through Sunday May 10, 2009,Tee & Cakes and several other bakeries in Boulder and Denver will donate 50 cents of their proceeds from the sale of each designated event cupcake to help the Denver Cupcake Club reach their goal of $5,000.

And it gets better. Apparently Obama is Pro-Bacon.
Now we gotta get the pres. to be Pro-Bowling. Or at the very least bi-sportisan. "I have sworn that we're taking out the bowling alley in the White House and we're putting in a basketball court," Obama said. Basketball is alright, but bowling is the future, paving the way to hope of a new kind. Like I hope I bowl a 300 in my lifetime.
